My First Caterpillar

My first caterpillar that I found was a army worm. We had named the caterpillar rusty after the location it was found, on a "rusty" fence.
The army worm is dull grey and yellow striped caterpillar. They can mature to be 1.5 to 2 inches. These worms eat "everything" and then they move on in their "army" hence the name. There have been outbreaks of this worm in Ethiopia, Jubba Valley, Tanzania and many more.
